His main areas of business are farm and estate management with a particular emphasis on the financial and taxation aspects of owning land.
He has his own 1,000 acre farm in western Hampshire and is a director for various farming and other businesses.
Andrew is a founder partner of BCM and has been operating in Hampshire since 1991.
He is the managing partner of the business and deals with all aspects of rural consultancy.
He is also a director of a number of commercial and residential property companies.
Henry is a founder partner of BCM and has been practicing in Hampshire since 1993.
His expertise focuses on farm and estate management (with clients from the Isle of Wight to County Durham) as well as being the lead partner for sales and purchases of farms and estates. In addition to his role at BCM he is a partner of his family farming and shooting businesses together with assisting with family owned construction and document management companies.
Ros first started helping clients in 1988 and specialises in farm and estate administration.
She is also the partner responsible for the firm's accounting and compliance procedures.
Alastair became a partner of BCM in 2005.
He is involved in all aspects of rural consultancy and heads up the firm’s valuation department.
James became a partner of BCM in 2005.
James acts for clients looking to develop dwellings and buildings and takes them from the conceptual design stage right through to delivery.
James joined BCM in 2011 having practiced in farm business consultancy and land agency since 1989. He heads up the Isle of Wight office.
His main area of work is land and estate management with significant clients both on the Island and on the mainland.
James has his own mixed farm on the southern tip of the island and is a partner in a substantial anaerobic digestion plant.
David joined BCM’s Isle of Wight office in 2013 and became a partner in 2015, heading up planning services.
He has worked both within the public and private sector, being firstly employed by a Local Planning Authority to spearhead major development projects. David then worked as a planning and development consultant and became a director of a multi-discipline development practice.
Mike joined BCM in 2004 and became a partner in 2015.
Mike heads up our architectural services department and deals with all types of rural development.
Tom joined us from a national firm in 2014 and is involved in all aspects of rural consultancy and estate management.
Tom is also a director of a substantial joint venture farming enterprise operating across south Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
Arielle joined us in 2015 in our planning and development services team as well as having a broader land management remit.
Having joined us from a national land agency firm, Chris has been at BCM since 2010 and is involved in a variety of estate and farm management roles, specialising in rural valuation.
Sam joined BCM in 2014 having previously worked for a major national farming operation and prior to that, a national firm of land agents.
Sam is involved with all aspects of rural consultancy as well as running our rural commercial lettings business.
Fiona heads up our residential lettings department and has been with BCM since 2012.
Bethan joined BCM in 2015, from a rural lettings agency in Oxfordshire. She undertakes all aspects of lettings.
