Iain is a founder partner of BCM and has been advising clients in Hampshire since 1975.
His main areas of business are farm and estate management with a particular emphasis on the financial and taxation aspects of owning land.
He has his own 1,000 acre farm in western Hampshire and is a director for various farming and other businesses.
Andrew is a founder partner of BCM and has been operating in Hampshire since 1991.
He is the managing partner of the business and deals with all aspects of rural consultancy.
He is also a director of a number of commercial and residential property companies.
Henry is a founder partner of BCM and has been practicing in Hampshire since 1993.
His expertise focuses on farm and estate management (with clients from the Isle of Wight to County Durham) as well as being the lead partner for sales and purchases of farms and estates. In addition to his role at BCM he is a partner of his family farming and shooting businesses together with assisting with family owned construction and document management companies.
Alastair became a partner of BCM in 2005.
He is involved in all aspects of rural consultancy and heads up the firm’s valuation department.

James joined our Isle of Wight office in 2011 having practiced in farm business consultancy and land agency since 1989. He heads up the Isle of Wight office.
His main area of work is land and estate management with significant clients both on the Island and on the mainland.
James has his own mixed farm on the southern tip of the island and is a partner in a substantial anaerobic digestion plant.
David joined our Isle of Wight office in 2013 and became a partner in 2015, heading up planning and development services.
He has worked both within the public and private sector, being firstly employed by a Local Planning Authority to spearhead major development projects. David then worked as a planning and development consultant and became a director of a multi-discipline development practice.
Mike joined BCM in 2004 and became a partner of BCM in 2020.
Mike heads up the architectural services department and deals with all types of rural development.
James became a partner of BCM in 2005.
James acts for clients looking to develop dwellings and buildings and takes them from the conceptual design stage right through to delivery.
Tom joined BCM in 2019 from a national firm and heads up our residential sales and lettings departments.
Recently promoted to Associate Partner, Tom is responsible for overseeing the marketing of residential properties for both letting and sale, as well as coordinating the management of let properties and providing advice to clients on the best strategies for either selling or renting.
Tom joined us from a national firm in 2014 and is involved in all aspects of rural consultancy and estate management.
Tom is also a director of a substantial joint venture farming enterprise operating across south Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

Thomas manages the Isle of Wight Agency department and is working towards becoming an RICS Chartered Surveyor and regularly assists the BCM team with Valuations and Planning & Development projects.
Thomas has recently finished a self-build project and has now project managed a refurbishment of a Victorian home on the West side of the island.
Ed joined BCM in 2021 from a national firm and has advised on the management of rural estates throughout southern England since 2006.
Ed previously specialised in the management of substantial country houses and their estates on behalf of new owners. He also carries out valuation work and all aspects of rural consultancy. In addition, he is a partner in the family farming business in Hampshire.

Having joined us from a national land agency firm, Chris has been at BCM since 2010 and is involved in a variety of estate and farm management roles, specialising in rural valuation.

Richard joined our Planning and Development department in 2023 after working as a Development Control (Local Authority) planning officer. Richard has worked throughout the UK and has been in the industry for over 15 years.
His roles have been widespread in all spheres of planning and he brings a great deal of experience, knowledge and understanding to BCM and our clients.
Lily joined BCM in 2020, following an internship in 2019 and graduation from The Royal Agricultural University.
Having achieved her MRICS and CAAV qualifications in 2022 Lily has recently been promoted and continues with her role in all aspects of rural consultancy and estate management.

Georgina joined BCM in summer 2023 from a national firm where she recently achieved her MRICS and CAAV qualifications. Georgina divides her time between the Winchester and Isle of Wight offices providing rural consultancy and estate management advice. She also specialises in environmental work including Countryside Stewardship and the Sustainable Farming Incentive.

Fiona joined BCM in 2012 and undertakes all aspects of lettings for landlords and tenants.
Fiona specialises in industry compliance and legislation.
Harry joined BCM in 2022 and is interested in specialising in rural architecture after working for multiple practices across various sectors in the Southwest since 2015.
Harry is about to finish his master’s degree in architecture at the University of Greenwich and recently became a RIBA affiliate.
Jade joined our Isle of Wight team in 2022 primarily to assist the Agency department. She has come to us from another south coast property firm with three years' property administration and client management experience.
Sarah joined BCM in 2022 following graduation from The Royal Agricultural University.
Sarah is working towards RICS and CAAV qualification and is assisting the Partners in all aspects of rural consultancy work.
