Access and rights of way

We advise clients on access and rights of way issues and have been involved successfully in a number of public inquiries over proposals to create public access to clients’ land. We also advise clients on compensation claims where access has been created across land.

We advise clients on protecting their land holding against other new access rights being created either inadvertently or through some other means. This means constantly monitoring new areas of legislation.
