Building conversion
Increasingly we advise clients on the potential to convert redundant farm buildings to a number of uses. Principally the goal is to convert them to residential, office or industrial use.
We are able to offer a full one-stop shop service advising
clients on the cost and likelihood of getting planning
consent, worked out drawings and estimated return on
capital. We work in tandem with our architects and
design team.
This is an area with which we have become increasingly involved over the last five years and we have developed significant specialised skills.
