Compensation and wayleaves

We regularly advise clients who find that their land is being taken to be used for roads, pipelines, electricity and communication pylons, the erection of mobile phone masts or antennae or other communications apparatus. We advise clients on the sort of agreements to be put in place, the compensation they should receive and also the management of the construction and disturbance.
