Farm tenancies and rent reviews

BCM specialise in organising and setting up agricultural tenancies and dealing with issues that arise with them. This covers the full spectrum of rent review, agreement review, breach of tenancy, surrender and re-grant etc.

We also have considerable experience in advising landlords and tenants on how they might maximise the capital value of tenancies by either party buying the other out of the tenancy agreement.

Changing farming fortunes mean landlords and tenants wish to review their rents. We regularly carry out rent reviews for landlords and tenants and all our rural team are fully conversant with carrying out such reviews. We find that our involvement in both farm and estate management matters elsewhere means that we have extremely good practical and local knowledge to bring to the table when negotiating rent reviews on behalf of clients.
