Joint venture farming

Clients continue to pursue arrangements where they might join with other farmers in order to increase the profitability of their enterprises. In recent years this has mainly taken the form of contract farming agreements, although we do advise on the myriad of other types of arrangements such as joint farming companies, machinery share arrangements and true share farming agreements.

We also advise on joint venture arrangements involving livestock.
