Rural property portfolios

We manage and advise clients on rural property portfolios, often involving residential, office and agricultural land holdings.

We manage the portfolios using our established skill sets by finding new tenants and managing ongoing tenancies including rent reviews.  All the while we manage the client’s accounts and provide bespoke client reporting.

We can also advise clients on ways to increase the capital value of their assets and the income they generate.  This often involves other disciplines in BCM such as our Architecture and Design team.
