Find a tenant only

We prepare sales details, marketing strategy and advice (including property procurement for the market). We draw up the tenancy including dealing with deposits and inventories.


We manage the property year round including re-letting when tenants vacate and we also deal with ongoing issues including maintenance and repair, rent collection and reporting to clients.

Consultancy and portfolios

Our residential lettings team also carry out other services for clients:

  • Management of rural residential property portfolios
  • Estate dwelling appraisals reviewing the terms of existing farm and estate let cottages and advising on strategies to optimise income.  This includes reviewing existing agreements and their suitability under current legislation

We advise clients on the conversion and letting of rural buildings for office, industrial and storage use.  This includes commercial viability assessments and advice on design and planning of the building.

We regularly market such buildings for letting and we provide a full range of services including producing details, marketing, listing on major UK property portals and using our own website to find a tenant.  We advise on the terms of any letting agreement.

We carry out open market and private tender exercises for clients looking to rent farms and land. We advise on tender strategy to include timing and lotting.  We produce full tender documentation using a bespoke web portal as the principal window through which interested parties can view the full details throughout the tender process.

We will then engage with the successful tender party and finalise the tenancy agreement.  This includes professionally produced plans, schedules and where necessary, schedules of condition.
